Chardonnay  

If you enjoy whites, then this 95% Chardonnay / 5% Viognier will be on your list of favorites. Providing fruity characteristics, the Viognier brings a wonderful apple crispness married with tropical flavors followed by a smooth Chardonnay finish. -- $23 per bottle

Viognier  

A white wine characterized by its spicy, floral, citrus notes, as well as apricot, apple and peach flavors.   The younger the Viognier the better. To savor the full flavor of this delightful wine it should be served at 52° -- $32 per bottle

Zinfandel  

A red "Zin" known for its spicy, peppery flavor with a hint of fruit. This varietal grows exceptionally well in cold climates and benefits greatly from our rich landscape -- $22 per bottle

Syrah  

Although best known for its spicy blackberry, plum and peppery flavors, you might also detect a hint of cocoa or licorice. Tehachapi's warm summer temperatures bring out the mellow flavors of plum in Syrah, while the cooler weather spices up the wine nicely -- $30 per bottle

Syrah-Viognier  

A favorite in our tasting room is this 76% Syrah / 24% Viognier Blend. It has a delightfully rich flavor of berries and plum with a clean refreshing finish -- $30 per bottle

Triassic Rocks  

Our signature blend of 52% Zinfandel and 48% Syrah is available only to our wine club members. Quite frankly, it Rocks, hence the name and limited availability -- $32 per bottle
